CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Clients who do not come to their scheduled appointment and do not contact the spa in advance to cancel or reschedule must pay a fee of 50% cost of scheduled services. Upon booking an appointment of $50 or more, clients must pay a deposit of 20% of the cost of the service(s). If client cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, client must pay a $25 cancellation fee. Clients who miss three appointments without contacting the spa in advance to cancel or reschedule must pre-pay for all future appointments. Face It! Spa and Wellness does not allow any returns or exchanges of products unless a visceral reaction has occurred due to product usage within seven days. Photo documentation of effected areas before and after product usage is required.

All Gift Cards are Final Purchase and Nonrefundable.
